The Battle of Monte Castello marked the presence of the Brazilian Expeditionary Force (FEB) in the Second World War. It lasted three months, from November 24, 1944 to February 21, 1945, and is part of the 2nd phase of the Operation to Break the Gothic Line (in the sector of responsibility of the IV Corps of the V US Army), in the Italian Campaign. Consider as one of the hypotheses, an adaptation in the organization of the Brazilian Expeditionary Force, one of the main ones being that it had been structured as an Army Corps, with two of the three infantry divisions foreseen in the initial agreement for Brazil's entry into the war and, in this way, better meet the idea of a maneuver thought up, from the beginning, by General Mascarenhas de Moraes, that is, the use of two infantry divisions to conquer the Belvedere-Torraccia-Castello amphitheater. You have, in an insert in these rules, the game pieces and the game board, but you will need to acquire two six-sided dice (d6), if you don't have them. Regarding scales: for time, each turn corresponds to 60 minutes; for terrain, each hexagon or hex is up to 500 meters; each game piece force represents a unit at the battalion (or group) level or a sub-unit at the company (or squadron) level.
